Plucker comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee from the
date of shipment.
If your Plucker fails to operate after the initial
installation, you may return it to the factory service address
listed for repair. If the service required is covered by the
warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced (at the
Company's option) at no charge. If the service required is
not covered by the warranty, you will be notified of the repair
charges prior to service.
Please note that you will be charged for normal
wear and replacement of motor bushings, brushes, seals, and
other moving parts as required. Replaceable rubber fingers
should be replaced as tips become worn.
To ensure proper handling, please be sure to: Return the product to the shipping address
below (with shipping charges pre-paid) in a box or container
that provides adequate protection.
Include your name, address, and phone number
along with detailed description of the problem.
For warranty service, proof of purchase must
